Madhya Pradesh High Court opens the Application for Various Posts Online Form 2020. Examination will be held for the selection of candidates. Exam Syllabus :

Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for Assistant Grade-3 Main Exam is as Follows:-

Personal Secretary English Stenography Test (400 words) + 20 Que. of General English, Sentence Formation etc. + 10 Que. of Computer Application 70+20+10= 100 5 Min. (Dictation) + 25 Min (Transcription)+ 20 Min. + 10 Min.= 60 Min.
Assistant Gr-3 Hindi Typing (350 words approx.) + Direct Hindi Dictation Typing (400 words approx.) + Computer Knowledge (10 Ques.) a General English (10 Ques.) 40+40+20= 100 10 Min. + 20 Min. + 10 Min.= 40 Min.
Computer Operator Hindi Typing (350 words approx.) + Computer Knowledge (40 Ques.) a General English (20 Ques.) 40+40+20= 100 10 Min. + 40 Min. + 20 Min.= 70 Min.
  • All Typing Tests shall be carried out by the candidates on computer only.
  • The Time Duration will be differ for each posts mention in above table.
  • The written test will be multiple choice/objective type
  • 0.25 marks shall be deducted for one mistake/omission.

Personal Secretary : The eligible candidates will have to type the English Matter in 10 Minutes which will be of 400 words.

Assistant Grade-3 : The eligible candidates will have to type the Hindi Matter in 10 Minutes which will be of 350 words after that Hindi Direct dictation typing test will be conducted which have to type 400 Words by seeing in 10 minutes. So the whole test will be of 20 minutes. 0.50 marks will be deducted for mistakes and 0.10 marks will be deducted for backspace.

Computer Operator : Hindi Direct dictation typing test will be conducted which have to type 350 Words by seeing in 10 minutes.

Note: Remington Gail will be use for Typing.

Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for MP High Court written Exam is given below :-

English Knowledge : Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.

Computer Knowledge : Computer Fundamentals, Windows (MS-Windows), MS-Office : Word Processing (MS-Word), Spread Sheet (MS-Excel), Presentation Knowledge (MS-Power Point), MS Access and Usage of Internet Services available on Internet, Communication Technology, Networking Concepts.
